TIRANA, May 12/ATA/- Deputy Prime Minister Erion Braçe has recalled the operation “Complex” that took place on April 1st, while stating that the reason for illegal possession of weapons is impunity.
According to Braçe, the corrupt police officers and judges are responsible for, and that the state must put an end to impunity.
“The law is very clear, whoever carries a weapon without a permit is sentenced to 5 to 7 years in prison. This requires a comprehensive punishment, definitely by monitoring and reporting every case of illegal possession of weapons caught by the police,” Braçe said.//a.i/
