TIRANA, May 6/ATA/ The Albanian Road Authority signed today the contract with the company JV “Finish Overseas Consultant (FinnOC” ltd & “R&T shpk” for the setting up of the RAMS system (Road asset management system).
This system is an information technology platform, which serves for the collection and administration of information and studies on the state of road assets, plans investments at the section, network and corridor level.
Based on the signed contract, the RAMS system will be installed, functional and will produce the first reports on the condition of road assets, as well as budget planning for road maintenance. /j.p/r.e/p.s./
