TIRANA, May 1 /ATA/ New neighborhoods, a mixture of individual houses, multi-residential buildings, service units and recreation spaces will be the new model of urban development in the cities that were hit by the devastating November 26, 2019 earthquake.
On Saturday, Prime Minister Edi Rama shared a video from the construction sites, where the new neighborhoods are taking shape day to day.
As the work on construction sites continues apace, 2022 is expected to see this national program come to an end with all the families left homeless by November 26, 2019 earthquake moving into their new homes.
Shijaku, Kavaja, Manza, Vora, Valiasi and Spitalla are some of the new development areas that will be transformed beyond recognition in 2022. /m.m/j.p/sm/
