TIRANA, April 28 /ATA/ SP Parliamentary group Whip Taulant Balla stated that no one expected President Ilir Meta to resign in line with his promise to step down.
Balla also said that after the counting process of the votes is over, the ruling majority will make ready his retirement papers. “Let him spend time drinking schnapps with Berisha at Lalzi Bay.”, said Balla.
