TIRANA, April 22 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that the Democratic Party officially has an armed structure that has killed a man.
In a television interview, Rama said that, “What we know officially is that there is an armed structure, accepted by DP leaders, who have killed a man, injured a police officer, claiming that we are defending the vote.”
“I invite all viewers to imagine for a moment what would happen today in Albania, if yesterday’s scene in Elbasan was inverted. If the paramilitary group, which claims that is defending the vote, would belong to the SP, if Taulant Balla would give a speech in front of the corpse and come out at dinner to say, yes we have a paramilitary structure that could even kill. Albania would have been burned here.”
Rama said that, “What is a fact here, is that in Albania in 2021 a paramilitary structure has been set up composed by very dark characters of the old world of public order and services, corrupted prosecutors and so on, which according to the direct spokesperson from Elbasan of the gentleman who leads there, can also kill people”.
“I would have expected here to start with the fact that a young man lost his life, because if that man had lost his life at the hands of someone who would be part of a structure set up by the SP, I am convinced that today Albania would have been burned and you all here do not know what you would do. Therefore, be serious with ourselves, with the people and with our country.
“What happened yesterday in Elbasan and what we see here is called beastly conduct. This is not a citizen either, this is not a democracy either “, said Rama.
“As the prime minister of this country, I feel disgusted when I look at these phalanxes. If you look at them, you may think that Albania is a country where a Hutu tribe has settled./p.s./
