TIRANA, April 21 /ATA/- The Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama stated on Wednesday during a meeting with the residents of Fushë Kruja in the light of the electoral campaign that, throughout the municipality of Kruja, there is evidence of resistance to the earthquake and a great desire to go beyond disasters.
In his remarks, the Prime Minister Rama said that, “the sun is rising again for Albania and Albanians, after a terrible period”.
“The whole municipality of Kruja was at the center of a real cyclone of disaster, the horrible cyclone of the earthquake where people you knew lost their lives, people like all of us, unfortunately, were not able to face that deadly blow,” the premier Rama said.
“But we managed to resist, we insisted, we proved that in the end, human size is not measured in good days. The size of man is not measured in feasts and joys. Human size is not measured when things are going very well. Human size is measured in bad days. The size of man is measured while the ground shakes underfoot and when the man faces the strength of a great controversy. There we tested what material we were made of. There we proved what character we have. There we tried what we can do together in the face of every evil and every challenge,” the Prime Minister Rama added. //a.i/
