TIRANA, April 11 /ATA/- Director of the National Agency for Information Society (AKSHI), Mirlinda Karçanaj shared on Sunday on the social media the message of an Albanian emigrant from Elbasan, who lives in Thessaloniki regarding the numerous facilities provided through e-Albania platform.
The citizen from Elbasan says that thanks to the e-Albania portal he has managed to obtain a personal certificate for himself and his wife as well as a marriage certificate, which was requested by the birth in Thessaloniki.
“We have received many congratulations and thanks from citizens and business representatives that thanks to e-Albania their life was made easier,” Karçanaj said.
Albanian citizens living in Albania and abroad have benefited many facilities through the e-Albania portal. 95% of public services are already being provided online via e-Albania, they do not have to appear physically to counters of institutions.//a.i/
