TIRANA, April 9 /ATA/ Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, has visited with the children who have undergone complicated surgeries which restore hearing at the French Hospital in TUHC.
Publishing the photos of Geraldo, 7-year-old from Korça, who was born with profound hearing loss, Manastirliu says that he has undergone the cochlear implant surgery, which was completely subsidized by the state budget.
Manastirliu has informed that there are 13 children with hearing loss who have benefited this costly procedure free of charge at Tirana University Hospital Centre.
