TIRANA, March 31/ATA/ The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced today that in the last 24 hours there have been performed 2991 tests of which 434 citizens tested positive.
In the last 24 hours, 654 citizens recovered, bringing the number of recovered to 91,271 since the beginning of the epidemic.
Currently, 271 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals in Tirana and three regional hospitals, 9 in intensive therapy, of which 2 patients are intubated.
Despite the efforts of the medical staff, 8 citizens lost the battle with COVID19 aged 46-93 years.
