TIRANA, March 25/ATA/- The Regulatory Commission unanimously reviewed and approved on Thursday the draft decision “On the manner of establishment, organization, functioning of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and the conduct of elections in the Voting Center (VC).
The decision defines and details the rules for the organization and functioning of the Voting Center Commissions (VCCs), as well as the exercise of responsibilities for the conduct of elections in the Voting Center in accordance with the Electoral Code. The deadlines and procedures for the receipt of election materials by the Zone Election Commission (ZEC), receipt of the electronic voter identification device (PEI), video recording camera in VC, and the rules for the administration and use of the VCC stamp and the stamp of the VCC Chairman have already been set. //a.i/
