Tirana, March 22 /ATA/- About 1.88 million citizens access online services through the government platform e-Albania.
Prime Minister Edi Rama asked his followers on instastory, the social network Instagram, in the section “100 achievements in 4 years” how many transaction services are provided online at one click, 12 million or 145 million.
Prime Minister Rama announces that there are 145 million transaction services provided online.
7 years ago 1% of services and only 51 thousand applications were processed online. The increase in online services saved citizens 472 years of waiting in line at state office counters and about 4 million euros in expenses.
Through e-Albania, citizens can receive any document from personal certificates, medical services, court certificates, business openings and even bill payments.
