TIRANA, March 12/ATA/- The construction works on of the underpass in “Shqiponja” square, part of the Tirana’s New Ring are going ahead at a fast pace.
The Albania’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy announced on Friday that, the works entered the fourth phase, entailing works on asphalt paving of the final and provisional roads used within the traffic management plan.
The construction of the underpass in “Shqiponja” square is considered as one of the most important works, part of the Tirana’s New Ring axis, which will connect the eastern part of Tirana with the existing ring.
The project envisages construction of the underpasses with dedicated bus, bicycle lanes, attaching great importance to greenery as well. //a.i/
