TIRANA, March 12 /ATA/ – By I. Vata – “Edi Rama is playing politics with reconstruction process,” the Democratic Party head, Lulzim Basha, said in reply to the questions of the citizens regarding the reconstruction process.
Basha tha se Rama has broken every promise.
“He has missed every deadline with his voice and image, because Rama has seen reconstruction as closely related to two things, embezzlement and political advantage, and this is the reason why still today thousands of families continue to be in tents in Ishëm and other areas. So, for Rama, the reconstruction has been one more opportunity to steal money and to use this disaster to his political advantage, ” said Basha.
Basha said that “the plan that we outlined today enables reconstruction in rural areas through upfront payments so that every family in rural areas would have repaired or built their house back by now.”
Also, Basha said that “we have a special team composed of the best experts in the field of architecture, urban planning and engineering, public people who have worked out a plan that will speed up the reconstruction. Therefore, April 25 is the day of change for reconstruction as well.”
