TIRANA, March 11 /ATA/ The Regulatory Commission unanimously reviewed and approved on Thursday the draft decision “On the procedure of drawing lots to determine the placement of electoral subjects on the ballot paper for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections.”
The decision sets out the rules for drawing lots, for determining the placement on the ballot paper of electoral subjects.
The Act contains 7 articles which determine the drawing of lots for the placement of electoral subjects on the ballot paper of parliamentary elections, the preliminary actions before the drawing of the lot and the lottery procedure for determining the placement of electoral subjects.
It also provides for the approval of the lottery result and its appeal.
