TIRANA, March 10/ATA/- A high number of daily cases of COVID-19 and fatalities have been recorded in March of this year. NIPHK reported that, this came as a consequence of non-compliance with anti-COVID measures.
In the first ten days of this month alone, have been recorded 69 fatalities. The day with the most casualties was Tuesday, March 9 with 13 loss of life, while no less than 4 were registered in any day.
Kosovo recorded 13 deaths on Tuesday, March 9, the highest one-day total, while no less than 4 deaths per day were recorded.
The total number of positive cases is 74,079 cases out of 335,123 persons suspected with SARS-CoV-2 virus, and 1,668 deaths.
The total number of the recovered people to date is 62,650 cases, while the number of active cases is 9,761. //a.i/
