TIRANA, March 4 /ATA/Military Meteo Service reports that clear skies with cloudy spells will prevail in the mountainous areas.
Patches of mist will be present in the valleys around dawn.
The wind will blow from the southeast-northwest direction at a velocity of 1-5m/sec. Sea gale to trigger waves of Force 2-3.
