TIRANA, March 1 /ATA/ Capital expenditures in the first month of 2021 have been realized at the extent of 963 million ALL or 142% in relation to the funds planned for this period.
According to the Ministry of Finance and Economy, they has been realized with foreign financing, as investment projects with domestic financing have not been realized.
Foreign financing has marked a realization of 169.5% of the target plan or 395 million ALL more.
Compared to the annual plan, for one month period of 2021, public investments have been realized at 1% of the annual plan. Domestic financing was not realized, while foreign financing was realized at 2.8% of the annual plan.
The reconstruction fund for the first month period of 2021 has resulted in 6 million ALL out of 800 million ALL planned for this period. According to the MoFE, this realization belongs to the local government.
