TIRANA, February 28 /ATA/ The new model of urban development of the cities that were hit by the earthquake of November 26, 2019 is that of neighborhoods consisting of a combination of individual houses with collective blocks of flats, services and recreation areas.
One of these neighborhoods is the “Revival” in Fushë-Krujë where work is going on for the construction of hundreds of houses for families left homeless by the earthquake.
Prime Minister Edi Rama posted images of the construction site in the new neighborhood of Fushë-Krujë, which in a few months time will be one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in Albania, but not for the rich, but for the ordinary people of this country.
“Good morning and with the “Revival” neighborhood of Fushë-Krujë, which after a few months will be one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in Albania, but not for the rich but for the ordinary people of this country, who lost everything 15 months ago under the tragic shock of the earthquake, whom we never left and will not leave alone, I wish you a tranquil Sunday “, said Rama.
The neighborhood “Revival” extends over 10 hectares of land and will radically change the quality of life of families who will soon live in this area, in better conditions than they had until a year ago.
In this neighborhood, there are being built 15 residential buildings with 100 apartments, 128 individual houses, schools, medical centers, public service offices, green areas, as well as a modern market for the products of the area. /a.a/p.s./
