TIRANA, February 13/ATA/- In terms of fiscal reform, we stand firmly on our commitment to 9% flat tax, the Chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha said today during a meeting with representatives of the Union of Albanian Producers.
In his remarks, the DP leader Basha revealed the details of the DP Program, in particular the economic one and the effects it will have on business in general and on Albanian producers in particular.
“In terms of fiscal reform, we stand firm in our commitment to the 9% flat tax. Likewise, reducing social contributions to 18%, ie 9 + 9, thus applying the principle of flat tax as a principle that will promote economic growth, employment, but also promote transparency and fight informality and leading to a single scenario, all three sides benefit.
“Albanian enterprises in the first place, it is a considerable financial aid. In this way we aim to provide a stimulus to stabilize the economic situation which has become even more difficult in recent years,” DP leader Basha added. //a.i/
