TIRANA, Jan 27/ATA/- On domestic exchange market on Wednesday, the domestic currency lek gained ground versus US dollar and European currency, while weakening against the Swiss franc and the British pound compared to the previous day.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, Euro 1 got exchanged with 123.65 lek, or 0.04 lek less than a day earlier, while the USD got exchanged with 101.99 lek, or 0.03 lek less than a day before.
British pound is exchanged at 140.09 lek or 0.83 lek more than a day before. Swiss franc gained ground exchanging at 114.89 lek or 0.12 lek more than a day earlier.//a.i/
