TIRANA, Jan.24 /ATA/- Clear to overcast skies to prevail on Sunday mainly in the lowlands according to the Military Meteorological Service.
Intermittent and moderate to low-intensity rainfall to prevail in the northern and southern country. While at the midday hours low-intensity rainfall is forecast.
In the afternoon and evening heavy rain in the form of thunderstorms will prevail throughout the country.
Moderate-intensity snowfall is forecast the mountainous areas at an altitude of 1000 m, while heavy snow will fall in these areas in the midnight.
The wind will blow in the southeast -east direction at a speed of 2-10 m/sec, while strengthening along the coastal, valley areas and lowlands at a velocity of 18-20 m/sec.
