TIRANA, Jan.14 /ATA/- During times of uncertainty that the business may encounter during the implementation of the Fiscalization process, the Tax Administration will provide assistance through the HelpDesk portal within 24 hours.
The Minister of Finance and Economy, Anila Denaj stated today that this portal was created to be close to the enterprise during the implementation of the Fiscalization process.
“In order to provide an easier process of Fiscalization and to be close to citizens and businesses to address their questions and concerns, we have created the HelpDesk Portal. This is a simple portal to use with sessions dedicated to any issue. The Tax Administration will provide answers to many questions in 24 hours,” Denaj said.
As of 1 January, invoices to be issued to state public bodies must be electronic invoices and exchanged through the Central Invoicing Platform.
Fiscalization for cashless transactions between taxpayers will start on July 1, 2021. While cash transactions from taxpayers regardless of tax liability or annual turnover realized will start on September 1, 2021. //a.i/
