TIRANA, Jan 12 /ATA/ The Albanian Power Corporation continues to monitor the water levels as well as inflows into the Drin River cascade.
The natural inflows in the cascade at the moment record 2440 m3 / s or about 500 m3 / s lower than last night, when the inflows were 2900 m3 / s, while the discharges are as much as 45% of the inflows, specifically 400m3 / s from production of energy and 700m3 / s from the discharge of the spillways in Vau i Dejës HPP.
According to the data at 08:00 hrs, the level of Lake Fierza is at 288.42 m, of Koman 172.72 m and Vau i Dejës at 75.30 m.
“Production continues to be at full capacity in HPP of Koman and Vau i Dejës, meeting the demand of Power Distribution Operator( OSHEE) for electricity supply for domestic consumption,” according to Albanian Power Corporation
