TIRANA, Dec 28 /ATA/ Although as of Sunday evening, the northern and southeastern areas of the country have been swept by snowfalls, all national axes countrywide are passable for commuters.
The Albanian Road Authority (ARA), in a press release on the situation of national axes countrywide, reports that the traffic is smooth on all national roads.
According to ARA, in Llogora there was light snowfall all night long, but the road was cleared and salted and the traffic is running smoothly.
ARA informs that on the national road axis Boboshtica-Dardhë, there was snowfall, yet the traffic situation is under control.
The Albanian Road Authority announces that the contracting companies are on standby to keep the road axes open, appealing to commuters to exercise caution due to the wet, to reduce the speed and adhere to road signage.
