TIRANA, Dec 3 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ Minister of Justice Etilda Gjonaj stated on Thursday that the approval of risk assessment methodology for the central institutions will be extended as a practice to all subordinate institutions.
The adoption of the risk assessment methodology for central institutions and the Integrity Plan for the Ministry of Justice, which will be extended as a practice to all subordinate institutions and line Ministries, is a powerful instrument in the hands of each institution to improve good governance, well- management, increase efficiency and instill the culture of ethics in public administration.
“Citizens’ trust can be easily undermined by an irregular act of any public official, whether at low or high level, thus tarnishing the entire administration and affecting the image of any official who works with honesty and devotion. These behaviors seriously threaten the public good, they take a little from each of us every time,” said Gjonaj.
