TIRANA, Dec. 2/ATA/- In the third quarter of 2020, the Construction Cost Index increased by 0.2% compared to the same period of 2019, the Albanian Institute of Statistics (INSTAT) reported on Wednesday.
According to INSTAT, the index of the group “Transport Costs” increased by 1.7%, followed by “Other Costs” by 1.4% and “Machinery Costs” by 1.0%, compared to the same quarter a year ago.
While, the groups “Wage Costs”” and “Material Costs” decreased respectively by 1.9% and 1.0%.
Compared to the second quarter of 2020, the groups “Other costs”, “Transport Costs” decreased by 0.9% each, followed by the groups “Wage Costs” by 0.3% and “Machinery Costs” by 0.1%. While the group “Material Costs” remained at the same level. //a.i/
