TIRANA, Dec 1 /ATA/- The operation Force of Law continues uninterruptedly pursuant to the tasks set out in the Normative Act dated Jan 31 2020.
During the last 24 hours, the request for self-declaration of the sources of assets was sent to five persons convicted of serious criminal offenses, such as “Premeditated Murder,” or “Narcotics Cultivation” and “Robbery.”
In accordance with the Special Law on property measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, OFL has sent requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to citizens: A.N, resident in Lezha, convicted of “Armed Robbery”, committed in complicity and “Production and trafficking of narcotics”; N. J., resident in Lezha, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder,” I. P., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”; A. M., resident in Tirana, convicted of “Premeditated Murder”, committed in complicity; E. D., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants.”
These individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to SPAK, for further action.
