TIRANA, November 27 /ATA/ Albania is preparing for the IPARD III program that addresses new support measures for farmers and agricultural development in our country.
The Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development (ARDA) is preparing the relevant structures for the implementation of the IPARD III Program and the new measures.
Director of the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development Frida Krifca announced that in the video conference held today between the IPARD program management structures for the Western Balkans and Turkey, the preparations of the IPARD III structures and the new measures were discussed.
“While administering IPARD II to allocate funds to farmers, we are working with new measures that will expand the range of support that this fantastic program offers for agricultural and rural development in the country,” said Krifca.
Meanwhile, recently the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development announces call III, for the submission of applications under the IPARD program by the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) for Rural Development (IPARD) for the development of the Agri-Food Sector.
“The total budget available for this call is 29.1 million euros, of which 75% or 21.82 million euros EU contribution and 25% or 7.28 million euros state budget contribution,” said Krifca. /j.p/p.s./
