TIRANA, Nov.25 /ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to six citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent to the citizens; A. D., resident in Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with a weapon”, committed in collaboration;
Xh.P., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with violence”, committed in collaboration;
I. T., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with a weapon”, committed in collaboration;
L. T., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with a weapon”, committed in collaboration;
A. Ç., Resident in Berat, convicted for the criminal offense “Trafficking in weapons and ammunition”, remaining attempted;
A. K., resident in Berat, convicted of the criminal offenses “Exploitation of prostitution” and “Premeditated murder”, committed in collaboration.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
