TIRANA, Nov 23 /ATA/ The Force of Law Operation continues to work uninterruptedly. During the last 24 hours, OFL has sent the form of self-declaration of assets’ origin to five persons convicted of serious criminal offenses.
In accordance with the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth origin to citizens: B.H., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offenses “Structured criminal syndicate,” “Aggravated Robbery” committed in complicity under a structured criminal syndicate and “Robbery”; S. Q., resident in Tepelena, convicted of criminal offenses “Premeditated Murder” and “Murder in other qualifying circumstances;” M. L., resident in Tepelena, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder;” S. H., resident in Tepelena, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder;” G. Ç., Resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of criminal offense “Kidnapping or holding a person for ransom.”
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to the SPAK, for further action.
