TIRANA, November 23/ATA/ “A total of 210 interns were employed 3 weeks ago with a 1-year contract in context of Call V of the National Internship Program within the Pact for the University”, said today Minister of Education, Sports and Youth Evis Kushi.
Kushi said that, “They already make their contribution to various central, non-budgetary institutions, as well as commercial and joint stock companies”.
Meanwhile, Minister Kushi said that she met with a small number of them, interns employed at Ministry and its affiliated institutions and got informed about their experience so far and exchanged different views on how this program can be developed even further.
The National Program of Work Practices in Public Administration aims to include participants in an integrated work experience and interaction with career professionals in public administration, in order to gain a qualifying experience that affects the development of their professional skills and knowledge of administration public.
To date, since the launch of this program and throughout its 5 calls, about 3,700 internships have been developed and approximately 1 thousand interns with a 1-year employment contract have been employed./p.s./
