TIRANA, Nov. 21/ATA/- The Albania’s Minister of Defense, Olta Xhaçka brought today the example of Lieutenant Andi Gjeci, who completed the Officer Training Course on the US Coast Guard Training Center in Yorktown, Virginia to become a Naval Officer.
Lieutenant Gjeci received additional knowledge on (SAR) search and rescue operations, boarding, maritime security, regulations and laws of naval operations, command and control during international crises, etc.
