TIRANA, Nov.11 /ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 6 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent to the citizens; R. G. (K.), resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with a weapon”, committed in collaboration;
F. H., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”;
Y. H., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with a weapon”, committed in collaboration;
A. H., resident in Tirana, convicted in Germany of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”;
A. K., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with a weapon”, committed in collaboration;
R. Xh. (F.), resident in Tirana, convicted in Switzerland of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
