TIRANA, Nov 6 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The Ministry of Justice, as part of the efforts to advance the Justice Reform, has initiated the process of drafting the Cross-Cutting Justice Strategy 2021-2025.
Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, informed that the first consultative meeting with the Technical Working Group was held on Friday with representatives of independent justice institutions and those subordinate to the Ministry of Justice.
“Under the stewardship of the Ministry of Justice and with the assistance of EURALIUS V experts, we discussed the strategic concept document for the new crosscutting justice strategy, to guarantee at the end of the whole multi-meeting process of consultation an improved comprehensive strategic document in line with the constitutional and legal competences of all institutions involved in the implementation of justice reform in the country, ” she said.
