TIRANA, Nov.4 /ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 2 convicts.
The request was sent to the citizens; P. M., resident in Përmet, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
B.B., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offenses “Criminal organization”, “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and structured criminal group”, “Murder of State Police employees”, committed in collaboration and “Murder of employees” of the State Police ”, committed in collaboration, tentative remaining, in five cases.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
