TIRANA, November 3/ATA/-The Military Meteorological Service reported that the weather on Tuesday will be with cloudy alterations and sunny in the afternoon hours.
There will be dense fog in the valleys in the morning hours.
The wind will blow in the Northeast-Northwest direction with an average speed of 1-5m/sec while along the coastal line it will get stronger up to 10m/sec. The sea will have a force of 1-2 degrees.
