TIRANA, Oct. 22 /ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 5 convicts.
The request was sent to the citizens; G. H., resident in Shkodra, convicted in Italy of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”,
E. J., resident in Bulqiza, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with consequent death”, committed in collaboration,
I. T., resident in Durrës, convicted of the criminal offenses “Criminal Organization” and “Premeditated Murder”,
M. Z., resident in Durrës, under investigation for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”
H. S., resident in Durrës, under investigation for the criminal offenses “Narcotics Trafficking” and “Structured Criminal Group”.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
