TIRANA, October 16 /ATA/ The experts of the Institute of Public Health said that the tests have increased as a result of the epidemiological investigation of the cases and it is not tested according to a defined number, but it is the terrain that dictates the testing.
These statements of IPH experts reject the request of the opposition leader Lulzim Basha to increase the number of tests with a predetermined number and without epidemiological investigation.
“We fully agree on testing, testing, testing, but testing comes after we do the investigation. Thus, on the ground we have more hearths, we have more people asking us for help and therefore this has made us have more added tests lately, compared to what we had in the beginning. So, it is not that we have added tests or that we need to add tests. Chief of Epidemiological Intelligence at IPH, dr. Eugena Tomini stated that the detection of cases is making possible the timely identification of hearths.
