TIRANA, Oct. 14 /ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 4 convicts in Shkodra.
The request was sent to the citizens; B. L., resident in Tirana, convicted of criminal offenses “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration and “Equipped with offensive weapon for theft “;
Q. K., resident in Burrel, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
E. L. (R.), resident in Peshkopi, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder in other qualifying circumstances” (murder of public officials);
V. Sh., resident in Fushë Bulqizë, Dibra, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, remaining in the attempt “.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
