TIRANA, Oct. 5 /ATA/- The Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today in the Parliament that, the lists are open, but there are no open lists which under the open-lists electoral system saw the sludge, the black money and the force that put pressure on the community in order to come out and rush like a jackal in the polling stations.
“I do not take responsibility for your illusions. I am responsible for the law’s standard. We have not invented any model. Today we will overthrow an invention that is the cartel of parties of the so-called coalitions, where the votes received by one pass to the other, without shame, the Prime Minister Rama said.
“Everyone who enters the list has the opportunity to be elected, but in order to be elected they must get the votes,” the premier Rama said.
“Certainly the SP is neither a profitable company nor the Democratic Party, it is neither an invented van “Catch what you can”, nor a freight train like the cartels of the Democratic Party coalitions,” the Prime Minister Rama said.
“The Socialist Party is a political family where there are rules and it definitely has the right to list all its team members, from the goalkeeper to the striker, along with reserve players,” he said metaphorically.
“Every reserve player that gets votes enters the field, every player who is on the field and does not get votes, becomes a bench player,” the premier Rama added. //a.i/
