TIRANA, October 1 /ATA/ While being at municipal unit 1, Mayor and political leader of the Socialist Party (SP) in Tirana Erion Veliaj started today the tour of meetings with the Socialist Assemblies of the capital.
Veliaj asked for support for another third governing term for the SP, emphasizing that only the SP has rolled up its sleeves to transform Tirana and Albania.
He underlined that thanks to the Socialist Party and the cooperation of the Prime Minister with the Mayor, life in Tirana is better.
“Today, I met residents of Unit 1, who told me about the increase of their property value. 5 years ago, -said one of them- when I bought it, my house here at “Ali Demi” was worth 800 euros per square meter. Today, after 5 years, it is worth 1200 euros per square meter, thanks to the way it is cleaned, the road is better and everywhere we see change. That is why we are dealing with politics that is why we want Edi Rama and the Socialist Party to continue to work hard to take these things further. We need you too “, said Veliaj.
