TIRANA, September 30/ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 3 convicts.
The request was sent to the citizens, A. H., resident in Fier, under investigation by the French authorities for “Criminal offenses with terrorist intent” and “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”;
M. Ç., resident in Mallakastra, under investigation by the French authorities for “Criminal offenses with terrorist purposes” and “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition”;
E. B., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted by the Supreme Court in Düsseldorf, Germany, for “Criminal offenses with terrorist intent”, remaining on probation and “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition”.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
