TIRANA, Sept 28 /ATA/ – By A. Fortuzi/ The Operation Force of Law, pursuant to tasks set out in normative act dated Jan 31 2020, has sent the self-declarations forms to four convicts for serious crimes.
According to Police sources, OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of assets’ origin to citizens: B.H., resident in Kurbin, convicted of narcotics cultivation, participating in structured criminal group and committing criminal offenses as part of criminal ring and the structured criminal group ; H. N., resident in Kurbin, convicted of participating in structured criminal group and committing criminal offenses as part of criminal organization and a structured criminal group”; A. M., resident in Mat, convicted of premeditated murder in complicity; A. N., resident in Lezha, convicted of attempted murder.
These individuals, subject to Special law, should respond in writing within 48 hours of receiving the form to all questions of OFL and the answers will be referred to SPAK for further actions.
