TIRANA, September 7 /ATA/-Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Besa Shahini said that in parallel, in addition to the lessons they will attend in the school, as well as the already consolidated access to the dedicated TV channel “RTSH School”, our students will have access to the school platform “Akademi.al”, which will be an extra and important pillar to help them not to lose their lessons in any situation according to the progress of the pandemic.
“With our friend Roberto, representative of UNICEF Albania, we closely followed how this school platform will work, which will be launched on September 14″ – said Shahini.
Shahini stressed that, “The part that is important to underline is that there are schools in urban or earthquake affected areas, which have a very large number of students and they will definitely all go back to school, but they will not be able to do all the subjects in school conditions, because we have to make sure that the social distance is maintained and the number of students in the class is reduced”.
“Consequently, she stressed, in parallel with all the work we have done to start the new school year in schools, we have worked to provide a platform where students learn at home and teachers have shot lectures for the TVSH channel (RTSH) School) and in parallel all the lectures that take place in the school will be broadcast on TVSH, but also on the platform that we will present “Akademi.al” and students will have the opportunity to explore it more deeply during the new school year, but also during October-November as will be needed ”.
