TIRANA, September 1 /ATA/ -The Military Meteorological Service reported that the weather on Tuesday will be overcast until noon. Then, the sky will clear up. In the early hours of the morning up to noon there will be rain, showers at local areas and lightening at North and the Western coast.
The wind will blow in the Southeast-Northwest direction at 1-10 m/sec, while in the coastal area it will get stronger up to 20 m/sec.
The sea will have a force of 4-5 degrees.
