TIRANA, August 26/ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 6 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent to the citizens;
E. Ç., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offenses “Theft with a weapon”, “Structured criminal group” and “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group”;
K. Ç., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offenses “Criminal Organization” and “Murder due to family relations”;
L. K., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
P. B., resident in Durrës, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”;
D. B., resident in Durrës, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
A. P., resident in Durrës, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
