TIRANA, August 18/ATA/ -In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 5 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The request was sent to the citizens;
E. B., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Laundering of proceeds of crime”.
E. S., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Drug Trafficking”.
M. B., resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder in other qualifying circumstances”.
B. Ç., Resident in Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
A. G., resident in Berat, convicted of the criminal offense “Drug Trafficking”, committed in collaboration.
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
