TIRANA, Aug 10 /ATA/- Operation Force of Law has sent the assets’ origin self-declaration forms to four citizens in Tirana.
The State Police sources announce that, Operation Force of Law continues uninterrupted action, pursuant to the tasks set out in the Normative Act dated January 31, 2020.
In accordance with the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of the assets’ origin to citizens: EF, residing in Durrës, convicted in Spain on charges of “Drug trafficking” committed in complicity and “Participation in a criminal organization”; A. A., residing in Tirana, convicted of armed robbery E. A., residing in Tirana, convicted of robbery D. Gj., residing in Tirana, convicted of armed robbery”; A. S., residing in Tirana, convicted of armed robbery.
These individuals, as subject to the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, their answers will be referred to the SPAK, for further action.. /a.g/sm/
