TIRANA, Aug 7 /ATA/- Operation Force of Law is proceeding with investigation into the origin of assets owned by convicts, pursuant to the Normative Act dated January 31, 2020.
On Friday OFL sent written requests for self-declaration of assets’ origin to 5 citizens, 1 in Fier, 1 in Tepelena and 3 in Gjirokastra
OFL sent the self-declaration form to B. (R.) J. (M.), resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder of a State Police officer” committed in complicity;
A. G., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, K. K., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of “Production and trafficking of narcotics”; XH.. D., resident in Lazarat, Gjirokastra, convicted of “Cultivation of narcotic plants”; R. Sh., resident in Tepelena, convicted of breaching the Greek criminal law on narcotics.
These individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to the SPAK for further action.
