TIRANA, July 23/ATA/- The Military Meteorological Service reports that clear skies with cloudy spells will prevail on Thursday in the mountainous areas at the midday hours.
African hot masses of air will be in circulation during the day.
The wind will blow in the Northwest direction at a speed of 1-8 m/sec, while strengthening along the coastal areas at a velocity of 15m/sec, with estimated gale force 2-3.
